Smoky Onion Shrimp
Spicy GoddessSmoky Onion Sautéed Shrimp
Yield: 3-4 servings, easily doubles
Ingredients
1 pound raw, peeled, and deveined shrimp
2 Tablespoons of Smoky Onion
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter (you can use all oil if you don’t have butter on hand)
⅓ cup chopped fresh parsley (completely optional)
Squeeze or lemon or lime (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl mix together 1 pound of the raw shrimp with 2 Tablespoons of Smoky Onion. Set aside.
- Chop fresh parsley and set aside
- In a skillet on medium heat add the olive oil and butter until the butter starts to melt. Add the shrimp to the pan in an even layer. Cook the shrimp for two minutes on each side.
- Add chopped parsley to the pan and squeeze or lemon or lime (optional) and give the shrimp a stir. Serve hot with your favorite side dish.
