1 pound ground beef (our your favorite ground protein)
1 packet of Smoky Onion  
Avocado Oil for spraying the pan

  1. Preheat the convection oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit.
  2. Spray or spread avocado oil on a quarter sheet pan.
  3. Take one pound of ground beef and mix in 1 packet of Smoky Onion. Mix well so that the spice mixture is well incorporated and evenly distributed.
  4. Use a ¾ fluid oz ice cream scoop (usually has a purple handle) to make evenly sized meatballs. Spray some avocado oil on your hands to round out each meatball. Evenly space the meatballs on the sheet pan.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees until done, usually takes about 8-10 minutes in a convection oven.
  6. Serve with your favorite veggies, rice, or salad.
