Smoky Onion Meatballs

1 pound ground beef (our your favorite ground protein)
1 packet of Smoky Onion
Avocado Oil for spraying the pan
- Preheat the convection oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit.
- Spray or spread avocado oil on a quarter sheet pan.
- Take one pound of ground beef and mix in 1 packet of Smoky Onion. Mix well so that the spice mixture is well incorporated and evenly distributed.
- Use a ¾ fluid oz ice cream scoop (usually has a purple handle) to make evenly sized meatballs. Spray some avocado oil on your hands to round out each meatball. Evenly space the meatballs on the sheet pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees until done, usually takes about 8-10 minutes in a convection oven.
- Serve with your favorite veggies, rice, or salad.
