Rowdy Ranch Wedge Salad

Why We Love It: Crispy iceberg lettuce meets creamy Rowdy Ranch, a spicy ancho ranch with a black lime twist. It’s not just a salad—it’s a ritual of flavor that’ll leave you feeling well fed and cheeky. You deserve this! ✨

For the dressing:

3 Tbsp. Greek Yogurt or Sour Cream
1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Rowdy Ranch 

For the salad:

1 head of iceberg lettuce, outer leaves removed, cut into 4 wedges
1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup red union, sliced 
¼ cup toasted bread crumbs

  1. Add all of the dressing ingredients into a medium bowl and whisk until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Assemble the salad. Place one wedge of lettuce on each plate, sprinkle on tomatoes and red onion slices. Gently spoon dressing over the salad. Top with toasted bread crumbs for crunch.
  3. Save any leftover dressing in a jar for your next salad or marinade. 

P.S. We made this wedge salad vegetarian friendly but if you love bacon, cook a couple slices until crispy, chop it up, and add to step two.
