Why We Love It: Cold outside? Fighting a cold? Darling, we have the heat to warm you up! This is a spicy and rowdy take on chicken soup! 🔥 

1 pound boneless and skinless chicken breast
1 packet Rowdy Ranch 
1 Tbsp. Avocado Oil or Olive Oil 
1 shallot or small onion, diced 
3 carrots, chopped 
3 celery stalks, chopped 
34-40 oz of chicken bone broth
ÂĽ cup cooked rice or noodles (optional)

  1. In a mixing bowl combine skinless chicken breast with Rowdy Ranch mix and set aside.
  2. In a large pot or dutch oven over medium-hight heat add Avocado Oil and sauté the diced shallot until softened and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the celery and carrots and cook, stirring, until softened, about 5 minutes, adjusting the heat to avoid scorching. 
  3. Pour in stock and bring to a bubble. Add seasoned chicken and mix well to combine. Bring the soup to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat to maintain a low simmer, uncovered for 12-18 minutes until the chicken breast is cooked. Remove the cooked chicken from the pot onto a plate and use two forks to shred the chicken. Add the shredded chicken back to the soup. Add rice or noodles, if desired.
  5. Taste the soup for salt, and season with salt to taste (this depends on the salt content of your broth).
  6. Serve in a bowl and enjoy.
